What's Included
End-to-end payroll that stays compliant with UAE labour and banking rules.
Monthly payroll processing
Salary computation, deductions, overtime and allowances, with individual payslips for every employee. Accurate, on time, every month.
WPS-compliant salary transfers
We generate the WPS salary information file (SIF) in the exact format UAE banks and the Central Bank require, so every salary transfer clears compliance.
End-of-service gratuity
We maintain gratuity accruals per UAE Labour Law and compute final settlements correctly — 21 days' basic wage per year for the first five years, 30 days thereafter, with the caps applied.
DEWS / GPSSA contributions
For DIFC entities we handle DEWS contributions; for UAE nationals we manage GPSSA pension registration and monthly contributions. The right scheme for each employee, handled correctly.
How It Works
From compliance review to a smooth monthly payroll run.
Free Payroll Compliance Review
We check your current payroll against WPS, gratuity and pension requirements and flag every gap.
Employee data and policy setup
We set up employee records, salary structures, leave and gratuity policies in the payroll system.
Monthly payroll run
Each month we process payroll, generate payslips and prepare the WPS file for your approval and bank upload.
WPS filing and year-end settlements
We handle the WPS submissions through the year and manage final settlements, gratuity payouts and clearance for departing employees.
Who Is This For
For employers who need payroll done right under UAE rules.
- Companies with 5 to 500+ employees on UAE payroll
- DIFC entities that must operate DEWS
- Businesses with gratuity accrual or WPS compliance gaps
- Growing firms where payroll errors or WPS rejections cost time every month
Frequently Asked Questions
What does WPS require?
The Wages Protection System requires salaries to be paid through approved UAE banks via an electronic salary information file, on time each month. Late or off-system payments trigger MOHRE flags and can block new work permits — we generate a compliant SIF every cycle.
How is end-of-service gratuity calculated?
It is 21 days of basic wage for each of the first five years of service and 30 days for each additional year, capped at two years' wages, with unpaid leave days excluded. We track accruals monthly so the liability on your books is always correct.
What is the difference between DEWS and GPSSA?
DEWS is the DIFC Employee Workplace Savings scheme — a funded, defined-contribution plan replacing traditional gratuity for DIFC employees. GPSSA is the federal pension scheme for UAE nationals outside DIFC; they are completely separate systems, and we operate whichever applies to each employee.
How do you handle final settlements for departing employees?
We compute the full and final settlement — outstanding salary, unused leave encashment, gratuity and deductions — prepare the settlement statement for signature, and align WPS and visa-cancellation timelines. Clean exits, no disputes.
